Owners, Ray and Irene Velasquez, started Borderline from the ground up in 1978. We are a minority owned business and were recognized by the Kansas Department of Commerce as the 2003 Minority Owned Business of the Year. We are one of the longest established oil and gas well servicing companies in the area.
We are headquartered in Southwest Kansas in the middle of the Hugoton Gas Field. We have extensive knowledge of the wells in this field and the surrounding areas.
